Kidney stones are immensely painful as are kidney infections.

Ack! Yes, they are (I had one, as well as an infection). Hope you get better soon, Brandie! Hospitals are no fun at all!

I talked with brandie around 90 minutes ago, she sounded much better, they still are not sure what she had though.

That is infuriating! When I was having gall bladder attacks I was told I was just constipated and to go home and have an enema. A couple days later I was having emergency surgery!
